Service/Billing Questions

What day are Automatic payments pulled off of my credit card or out of my checking account?
The 15th of each month unless the 15th lands on the weekend. If it lands on the weekend it will be pulled the following Monday.

How are my services billed out each month?
We bill ahead for rental charges and behind for service.

What is the due date of my payment?
All monthly bills are due the 15th of each month. Invoices are billed out at a net 30.

Are there finance charges if I pay late?
Yes…a monthly finance charge of 1.5% or 18% annually.

How do I sign up for automatic payments?
Download our Automatic Payment Authorization Form and mail or email it to us.

How do I sign up for my bills to be emailed to me?
Please send us an email or contact us directly at 800-929-2236 and ask for our accounting Department.

Can I pay my bill online?
This feature is currently being developed. All customers will be notified when it becomes available.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, credit cards (Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard), cash, and electronically transmitted payments.

What time is my driver coming?
The routes are not laid out until the day of the delivery. You may call the morning of the delivery to get a better idea of when your driver will be in your area.
