Appointment was 7 days out from my call, but it wasn't an emergency. Besides that, the technician was knowledgeable and professional, and took care of the problem very promptly. Thought the seals that he replaced were pricey, but doing a quick search online, it wasn't a bad deal at all!

I feel like the delivery driver pays special attention to my needs and he delivered a great quality dispenser which he installed and showed me how to use.
